@HarrisonHSmith Well, Harrison, God told us it was going to be like this in the book of Revelation. And it's only going to get worse for us until He returns to claim His bride. I am more surprised at our victories than our defeats. Stay blessed, my friend 🙏
Riddle me this, @bennyjohnson. Since you believe (rightly so) that calling us Nazis and racists directly led to the murder of Charlie, will you concede that blaming Boomers for all of life's problems leads to acts such as this? https://t.co/X2lpxceFKm
Trying to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. Turned it off 15 minutes in because it turned too gay for my tastes. Everything the mainstream does is gay and retarded.
@SenKatieBritt What happens when the government subsidizes a business? Oh yeah, the prices increase even more. Obamacare anyone? If you can't pay your bills, stop expecting the American taxpayers to do it for you.
Having an ITIN to pay federal taxes does not change immigration status. And ONLY to be used for tax purposes. Finance companies are giving mortgage and business loans to illegals using their ITIN as their ID. This is fraud and it's illegal to financially benefit from illegal aliens. Wish I could get someone in power stopping this.
@SenPeterWelch Our income is $30,000/year. Our premium (before subsidies) is $2900/month. The health insurance companies are ripping off the American taxpayers with these subsidies. They need to lower premiums.
The "Affordable" Care Act
Our premium is $2900 per month.
The government subsidizes $2800 per month, making our actual payment $100 per month.
That $2800 has been going directly from the American taxpayers to our insurance company. Every month. For years.
Starting January 1st, that $2800 is reducing to $2500, making our monthly payment increase to $300.
Who is the bad guy in this scenario?
Hint: the bad guy is not the current government.
It WAS the government. During the Obama years. For passing the Affordable Care Act in the first place. NOW it's the insurance companies for raising their rates in order to take advantage of taxpayer money.
$2900 per month is unreasonable for 2 healthy people who only need emergency services once in a blue moon.
And if that $2800 subsidy had been put in a health savings account for all these years, we wouldn't even need insurance now. We could cash pay. But it all went to the insurance companies.
So, what happens now? Now we will pay the higher premium without complaining about it, because we are adults and we don't expect the government to pay our bills.
The insurance companies could lower their premiums, but they won't.
They've gotten fat off the subsidies like a welfare queen on SNAP.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
