I got a message from BCBS saying Acolade is in charge of all of this for them. Way to pass the buck folks.
My child is still sitting here unable to hear. Her old hearing aid has failed.
I should have 90% coverage.

They told me it could take 3-6 months for them to make a decision if they can allow for out of networks benefits. WTF.
Sure.. be deaf for 6 months.
I’ll figure out a way to pay for her ONE hearing aid at $3055.
