@Jamezzz75 @royceyoung Simons easily could have let the clock run out. They had the ball he chose to go for the layup. Ball goes back to OKC and Portland quit on D. If he had just let that clock run out PG never would have had the chance to dunk the ball. That seems pretty obvious to me.
