@jessmccormick Agreed! Completely renders a strikes potential useless. The biggest bargaining chip to get organizations to sit down and re-negotiate is economic pressure. I’m not confident that this would not result in employers negotiating in bad faith.

@jessmccormick @TeamstersRail Well said! Always support the workers, what they are asking for isn’t unreasonable, and they are well within their right. Union strikes are not new business, and workers shouldn’t be demonized for asking for fair treatment.
