The 2 most NB state SOCs to the economy, Eskom & Transnet, have no permanent leaders. The most NB to the welfare of vulnerable South Africans, PostBank, failed to distribute grants. The most critical gov sphere 4 service delivery, municipalities, are dysfunctional & in financial trouble. The national gov is short of money, pays too much interest on debt and cannot find enough lenders. This is what bad leadership does.
