@craigdavis888 Thanks Craig ref numbers SQMCWD and SDWJST. One seller has posted the item Saturday, the other I have now booked with Parcel Connect. FYI it was a very very low standard of service from Sendle and your support crew. I have been using you guys for ages and I can't understand why

@jamesbmoody James my 2 parcels have been waiting all week for pickup. The support team is not having any effect. Can you please help me out with SDWJST and SQMCWD. Some of your staff need a rocket. It's doing my head in trying to get this sorted.
