I do have 2 simple questions and considering YouTube claims to have reviewed my channel's content twice it should be easy to answer my questions.

Why was my appeal rejected as “reviewed” when the appeal video shows no views and appears not to have been watched?

Please identify one specific video on my channel that you believe violates the “unsatisfying or off-putting content” policy and explain exactly what part of that video is in violation.

I do not believe my content violates this policy, but if YouTube believes it does, I need specific examples so I can understand and rectify the problem.

Support keeps telling me to check the Earn page for “specific details,” but the Earn page only repeats the same general policy description. It does not identify any video, section, behaviour or example from my channel.

Please answer these questions directly rather than sending the policy wording again.

I don't think I am asking too much to have 2 simple questions answered, after months of writing scripts creating videos, editing and promoting my content which is very much original and different to anything in my niche, I have 3 published books, strong followings on medium which is basically my video scripts in story format, apple podcast which is the audio of my youtube video having an average listen rate of 98%.

to be told my content is Unsatisfying or off-putting is quite offensive, then told to make appeal video that was never viewed but YouTube claimed to have and have appeal rejected after review. seriously is this how Youtube is treating creators.

Unsatisfying or off-putting content
Content that may be emotionally manipulative, disturbing, nonsensical, shocking or otherwise similarly unsatisfying to viewers without delivering significant creative, educational or other value.
As of today, your channel is not eligible to be monetised and you will not have access to monetisation tools and features. Please go to your Monetisation page to read more about the specific policy that our specialists flagged.

This still does not answer my questions.

@TeamYouTube I’m trying to understand how this happened.

My channel was approved for monetisation, then just 9 days later it was demonetised even though there had been no major change to the channel or the way I create my content.

I submitted the requested video appeal explaining my original writing, podcast production, editing process and how I create the channel’s content. The appeal was then rejected.

What concerns me is that the appeal video still shows no views, which makes it appear it may not have actually been watched before the decision was made.

Can you please explain how an appeal can be properly reviewed and rejected if the appeal video itself shows no evidence of being viewed?
