There’s an epidemic of people treating CFB like the NFL in thinking all jobs are roughly created equal.
They’re not.
There’s simply a ceiling on some programs that cannot be changed without improving its resources, like there is with Penn State.

Town Councilman Joe Chiarenza said land has already been donated to add a dog park in DeWitt. He said it could help keep dog owners out of other parks where people complain about dog waste and the threat of kids being bitten. @NCCNewsOnline
