Great to hear I Love St Annes & CRA were in court yesterday applying to designate the St. Paulโs playing fields as a Special Protection Area (SPA) in line with the North Bull Island SPA -something the state has failed to do despite its obligations under the EU Habitats Directive.
Councillors were surprised recently to learn that, without their knowledge, council management had included more than 200 rezonings in a proposed new development plan for the city โ including one affecting a proposal to build 657 homes near St Anneโs Park.

Not content with trying to rezone our St Paul's playing fields in St Anne's Park for housing development through the back door, there's now been a sneaky attempt to rezone them through the front door

@melissaocallag1 Ah but Judge Humphreys ruled that the use of the lands in terms of planning is not what the developer has done to them (without planning permission), but what they are zoned and normally used for -that is: Z15 sports fields โน๏ธโฝ๏ธ๐๐ฅ
@forexposure_txt Can someone write a story about how @CadburyIreland@CadburyUK use tons of permanent polluting plastic for their temporary packaging? ๐ฅ
@donna_cooney1@DubCityCouncil@CCCampaign_Irl "Hopefully" is a bit weak and worrying ๐ฅ
Hopefully DCC wont make the same mistake it made with the coffee hut on the Bull Wall -you can't walk the dunes without seeing a "Happy Out" disposable cup polluting the ecosystem. Why can't disposable cups be banned as part of the deal?
@innocentIreland I took a photo of one of your single use plastic bottles washed up in Dublin Bay. You very cleverly talk about recycling but not the the polluting reality. Do you hope no one will notice? ๐ฅ
