Great to hear I Love St Annes & CRA were in court yesterday applying to designate the St. Paul’s playing fields as a Special Protection Area (SPA) in line with the North Bull Island SPA -something the state has failed to do despite its obligations under the EU Habitats Directive.

Hopefully DCC wont make the same mistake it made with the coffee hut on the Bull Wall -you can't walk the dunes without seeing a "Happy Out" disposable cup polluting the ecosystem. Why can't disposable cups be banned as part of the deal?
