@Ask_WellsFargo I got a call after the issue was "researched" and I was told this was a Wells Fargo policy as if that makes it OK. In my case it deosn't make sense. There are many ways it could have been handled better. These policies can destroy small businesses and #wellfargo deosn't care.

@Ask_WellsFargo WF doesn't care. I talked to everyone I could. I've gone through the official complaint channel. They forced me to take that account to a new bank. Now something different but similar is happening to my personal account. I have called every day for 5 days & nothing is fixed.

Just one example: WITHOUT WARNING WF closed my business account (which I had for over 20 years) because a P.O. box was on the account, claiming security risk. They mailed a HUGE check to my physical address and wouldn't give me access to that money for 15 days.
