@ysIpeachy Have you stress tested your rig and looked at temps? Maybe narrowing down to certain component that can be defective. Instead of using all ram, start with low increments and work up (check mobo manual on priority slots) different stress tests can isolate components
@Lunarqt1 @GloriousPCGR Happens to almost all of their mice. I used a silicone lubricant. I’d document it and send it to support and request for new mouse feet so that you can open the mouse. Just spray a tiny bit on the wheel as you scroll on each side and it’s good.
@PKFIR3 @GloriousPCGR It’s been a complaint for awhile, what I’ve done and everyone else has used is a type of electrical grease to lubricate the wheel. I’d document it to support with a video and then ask for some new mouse feet because you have to take them off to open up the mouse.
