The Guinness Factory, Park Royal painted by Porteus Wood. It was built 1933-36 by architects Alexander Gibb & Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It housed 1,500 workers who produced the black stuff for the UK. Its demolition in 2006 was called ‘an act of pure architectural vandalism’
