@VerizonSupport I've rescheduled the appointment. I'll believe that the technician shows when he actually gets here. If Verizon values my many years of being a customer, they'll get this problem fixed and make up two lost days of work on my bill.
@VerizonSupport It's cool. I've only spent several hours on phone with Verizon the last few days. It's nice that Verizon thinks so little of its customers.
