@twinxblades @Wario64 A lot of the times its their minimum number of copies to make a physical copy. Sony & Nintendo are cool with a few thousand copies. Xbox wants like a minimum of 20,000 copies.

For Christmas this year I am giving away a free copy of Breach & Clear for the PS Vita! This is the game that started it all for me really… I was a beta tester for this game originally and it was the game used to launch Limited Run Games. It was my introduction into the game industry.

It was the wild west back in October of 2015 for publishing and when I co-founded the company I truly had no idea if this game would sell or not. I learned very quickly the Vita community was strong and sought more games to release for them!

Back in those days just having a quality release was the most important, no CE, no extras, just a good game.
