Message from church yesterday: What do you practice?
1. Apathy: “I just don’t have time to deal with that, I have things going on too”
2. Sympathy: “I’m sorry to hear that, I’m praying for you”
3. Empathy: “Let me carry that burden with you, how can I help”
Stop focusing on what the new year will bring to you and focus on what YOU can bring into the new year. If you know there are things you need to work on with your character do that. In this you will find the new year will be one of peace and happiness!
Praying for all my people who find socializing to be exhausting now thanks to COVID. As we approach the holidays, try to find a day where you can just be alone and relax so you are mentally prepared and can truly enjoy your holiday.
Normalize Self-Care as a mom and wife. It’s not selfish! I found that when I started prioritizing caring for me I ended up performing better in my household! You can’t care for others without first caring for YOU!
“If I continue to walk in my purpose, God will handle the rest”. This affirmation keeps me encouraged. What are some daily affirmations or motivational quotes you live by? 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽Comment Below to encourage someone.
“Being in God’s will, and passionately fulfilling His purpose for your life is worth every risk, every uncertainty, and every chance you take. Step out in faith and live a daring life today.”
As a person with high functioning anxiety learning to let go and trust God is a daily struggle! My prayer for today is that we all are able to Let go and Let God! Happy Monday!
