What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!
This is how dictators destroy free nations. They threaten those who speak against them with death. We cannot entrust our country and our freedom to a petty, vindictive, cruel, unstable man who wants to be a tyrant. #Womenwillnotbesilenced#VoteKamala
Holy shit, this “American girl” ad from @senecaprojectus is amazing!!!
Hard to see the letters I’m typing through the tears streaming down my face though.
Dear @OpenAI, I may be relatively new to the #ConversationDesign field, but I’m pretty sure when this use case happens, it would be better if #ChatGPT politely responded inline to let me know I’ve overtaxed it, and not respond with a big red error. Please and thank you!
Some thoughts: there will be 2 types of agents, consumer “personal agents” like Siri, Alexa, etc
And business agents, both those that are customer facing and internal facing
Today, humans do compound task completion themselves. Ie if you want to go to Paris, you have to book a flight, hotel, and car.
The human interacts with business agents directly today, and performs all the context management.
In future, the personal agents, once able to do compound tasks with multiple steps and services, will directly talk to the business agent.
However, it won’t be human language. That’s inefficient.
So, in far future, customer facing bots will likely go away, replaced only by consumer facing bots, and APIs (or some protocol) exposed by businesses, like ChatGPT plug-ins for example as early rendition.
Where is the opportunity for B2B bots in a few years? Internal automation imo. Internal bots likely become the dominant usecase for bots vs today it’s external facing customer experience automation which likely goes away as personal agents get better.
This may be my last tweet. I will miss the company and software formally known as Twitter. I’ll be over on the Treads app until further notice. https://t.co/5aXYCXA5Wx

Everyone you meet has something to teach you.
Fall in love with just getting to know people… even if they are only in your life for a reason or a season… the lessons will always remain.
Think or say what you want about @amazon, but I just made two different orders from my couch in the morning and they are both arriving this afternoon. That’s an amazingly short gap of time between a whim and a delivery. #ecommerce
The moment I first felt the real pressure of being an entrepreneur was when I looked down from our conference room window onto the parking lot and thought "Oh my god, I'm responsible for all those car payments.”
We are at a critical juncture in the advancement of #telehealth . We must demonstrate it is a care model on equal footing to office-based care and one that all parties in healthcare must take seriously.
