Canada’s grain advantage doesn’t happen by accident—it’s engineered across the entire value chain. Facilities like @Cereals_Canada are how we maintain our edge in global markets.
@BenCarrwpg@Kevin_Lamoureux@rgstone1
@DavidMaritSK@PremierScottMoe Thank you, great to see! Also thanks for recognizing SK producers & industry groups Those organizations have continuous relationships with our customers & those buyers don’t want trade issue. Unfortunately a federal gov decision caused this problem that needed a political fix
Brett Halstead, Sask Wheat director, presenting at the Canada-Ghana Agribusiness Summit in Saskatoon. The Summit aims to foster partnerships between Canadian & Ghanaian businesses, driving innovation and growth in agribusiness. Brett spoke about "Successful examples of sustainable agriculture initiatives in Saskatchewan".
Thank you @CornwallHeath and @DarylHarrison20 for joining SaskCrops today at @rgstone1 farm. We appreciate the conversations that focused on research, productivity and resilience of the agriculture sector, and we look forward to future dialogue. #westcdnag
Sask Wheat has committed $2.3 million in funding towards two new facilities at the University of Saskatchewan that will provide critical workspace for crop and soil science research and teaching.
We were pleased to attend yesterday’s announcement alongside leaders and other cofounders!
@KodyBloisNS@MarkJCarney Kody, you engaged and listened to our AG concerns, unlike most in your party. Thank you. Disappointed with today’s omission of you from cabinet. Hopefully your time is coming again soon.
I had really hoped @KodyBloisNS would be our ag minister. He is knowledgeable, hard working, and not scared to reach out or ask questions. My hope is the new minister can exhibit those same qualities and will lean on members of the ag community across Canada to make good decisions.
He was only in the minister's seat for a few weeks, but no other Liberal MP that I can think of comes close to having the respect and relationships that Kody Blois has in Canadian agriculture, across the country.
It baffles me why anyone thinks the PPC are worth consideration. They have ZERO chance of winning anything, even a single seat. But hey, help Max carryon with his own personal project
How can he spout off at our neighbors and largest trading partner if he has any financial sense in him? Doesn't he know that it's financial suicide and completely unreasonable? 🙄🙄
"We're going to stand strong. We're going to stand firm against China."
In other words:
"Forget about farmers in Western Canada and harvesters in Atlantic Canada—we need to prioritize manufacturing jobs in Central Canada."
Well said JP, what I don’t understand in this is the Canadian radicals that basically side with Trump. As though he’s there hero! We got problems here in Canada yes, but siding with loonie leader from the south doesn’t help.
Very sad to see the disruption of supply chains and trade relationships built over many years for mutual benefits of both Canada and the US. Makes no sense at all https://t.co/l4iUE3kB47
For Canadians defending this or saying this is justified. This isn’t a joke and I’m not sure if you are naive or traitors.. Yes Trudeau needs to go, and there’s a lot of work to do to get our country on track.. but we need to focus our resources and energy on rebuilding, making our industries more resilieant by opening up new markets around the world, and moving forward as Canada.
