@TeamYouTube Thank you for looking into this. Can I ask if it’s possible to get the reasons why the account was cancelled? We’re at a loss & want to avoid the same issue in the future. Also is it possible to have access to the videos to download/save them as their personal memories for him?

@TeamYouTube can you help me, my nephews account ‘Cuddlyshow2020’ was deleted, he’s only 13 & has autism - he doesn’t understand why & is devastated, he’s been making videos for years & it’s his favorite thing to do, can you help?

[Brett O'Mahony @BrettOMahony]

We have appealed, we received an email two minutes later saying ‘appeal denied’ is there anything else we can do, or that you could help me with? He’s a young boy with autism & doesn’t understand why all his videos are gone 🙏🏻
