@lee_jasonk Peloton! Hands down best purchase I made for myself during the pandemic. I actually got too into it and was doing 5-6 workouts a week. Now comfortably do 3-4/wk and every time I hit my monthly goal I get a massage :). For me it was all about removing friction to make it easy

Lupus is a disease that disproportionately affects women of colour of childbearing age. Lupus can be life threatening and seriously impact quality of life. Chronic pain and fatigue prevent the majority of people living with lupus from maintaining full time employment.

Some people can’t see racism in health care. A Cree teen male went to the ER bc he was unwell. He sat, became delirious & security was called as they felt he was intoxicated. No vital signs were taken. He died 4ish hours later due to septicemia. I reported this. Nothing happened.
