Update.

After I provided evidence that the form was signed and submitted on the 24 of January, the accusation, that I played a part in the delay of the matter, has been retracted.

My contract at Tygerberg Hospital ended on 31st January 2024.
The Pension Office has still not submitted my forms to the GEPF.

The GEPF can take up to 12 weeks to payout a pension benefit from the time the forms are submitted and accepted

Update.

The HR department at Tygerberg Hospital has now resorted to blatantly lying.

They are accusing me of delaying the process by stating that a form was only signed on the 24 of February 2024.

I personally handed in said form, signed, on the 24 of January 2024.

Diarrhoea, DKA, & Metabolic Acidosis

In patient’s who present with DKA & a history of diarrhoea, CORRECT the HCO3

i.e. Measured HCO3 + (AG - 12)

If the corrected HCO3 is lower than normal then, my friend, you are dealing with a concurrent NAGMA.
