@BourbEnthusiasm I truly believe “Small Batch” holding at between 10-12,000 bottle per run is both fair and makes the product relatively unique. Fewer will make it extremely hard to replicate and more loses the special nature of “vintage.”
@GooseEagle@BourbEnthusiasm Bomberger has a fuller mouth feel and more robust triggers for tasting notes. Shenk comes across thinner like a Scotch. Both are excellent in their own regards. But, Bomberger is by far my preference. Fort Collins has both usually to try together when in Louisville.
