The best of them is TCI from Cornell, a trauma-informed approach. It works well for teachers to de-escalate but is not meant for students.

@dramamama_redux I work as a Virtual Teacher for a private company. Schools hire us to work with students at home and also credit recovery along with being "live" on video replacements for shortages.
The traditional model is absolutely a problem for many students, as it always has been.
@JeffAbramo I have 4 vax and caught COVID last year traveling to Minneapolis & back w/o mask. In August, with COVID not as bad, I traveled to Chicago & back, no mask no COVID. In Spetember, all 3 members of my family caught COVID, my partner had it for 3 weeks, I barely had a sniffle.
