Our workers don't fly themselfs. They have carriers for that along with some ships to refuel the carrier and a Lynx Highliner for luxurious travel between the station and the carrier.

Atleast our carriers can support long trip hauling commanders that are stuck with your ships.
And also commanders aren't limited on the use of carriers. Your tiny ships need limpets, fuel scoop and an AFMU to stay tight. With a carrier you don't need that.
