@doctrinatrix_C2 @ChaceANelson I wish all doctrine had a footnotes section explaining where ideas came from. Including sources for the idea (historical and theoretical) - would enable much better self-study/development in early career years and better re-polish in later ones.

@16thSMA @TRADOC Having just finished the recent AIM Cycle, a recommendation: AIM complete -> Automatic RFO/Orders generation w/o action by SM. Once approved by OPMD, the next email could be orders. When we add Soldiers/NCOs to AIM this will ease their PCS transition.

@MarchingWith7 At the end of 25 months of command (3x CMDs due to org changes/opportunities) I can tell you I was spent. Set up for a broadening opportunity that allows you to fully reset, reflect, and enable long-term growth afterward or you'll burn out.
