C/O 2027 | Katy Paetow High School | 400m and 4x400m | 5x Junior Olympic Qualifier | 3x Junior Olympic All-American

[Coach Dolphus @CoachDolphus]

What a story. Finished 5th at district, so initially no area meet. Got the call they could move up, but had to add a freshman who hadn’t run a 400 all year. They went out and not only qualified for regionals but ran the second fastest 4x4 time in school history.

[Coach Dolphus @CoachDolphus]

Congratulations to our 4x4 for breaking the school record at the district meet. I had a spill about how crazy it is to run 3:57.1 & not advance, but these ladies were blessed with the opportunity to compete at the area meet and show what they are capable of. Proud of this group

🙏🏿 ♥️glad I get to run with them again

These young women earned another week on the track! @the0nlyVa1 & @brooklyndhatton both advanced in their individual events (100 & 400) & anchored their respective relays (4x1 & 4x4) to 3rd & 4th place finishes. Both relays ran season bests & continue to compete better each week

[Brianna Alexander @BriAlexander_09]

I broke the 800m school record! One day after my little sister broke her junior high school’s 800m and 1600m records.

Put in the work, have FAITH, and execute the plan.

One goal completed, more to go.

Another media day in the books. The girls had a great time, here are a few of my favorites.

Three more uncommitted seniors looking for a home. These are three great young women who would add value to any team on and off the track.
