Realized 3 days after booking flights 8+ months out that we selected the wrong Friday for departure. @Icelandair is charging $250 per ticket on a $372 ticket to change the dates! 67% charge to fix an honest mistake. Plenty of time for Iceland to fill the seats.

How @expedia and @kenyaairways defrauded us: a thread.
In June 2020 our flight with @KenyaAirways, which we booked through @expedia, was cancelled. We reached out to them. This required multiple calls and many, many hours on hold. 1/8

@Expedia still has not provided the refund. @KenyaAirways has indicated in writing that we qualify for a full refund and it is up to @expedia to pass the refund to us. @Expedia return our money!!!
