Excited to get back to it! I love being in the gym, but I belong on the field! I have been working hard on improvements and look forward to seeing the benefits of the work. @chris_stelma @PennStateSB @D1Softball @coach_crowell @MarissaLamMyers @VUSoftball @bridgetorchard

#ThrowbackThursday to my super girls! Had a great time coaching the younger generation of Palisades Pirates this season. There is alot of great things packed into these girls. Im excited to watch them grow to love the same sport I do!

I recruit the person before the athlete. Your character is what I crave to get to know. I may love you on the field, but I want to love you off the field too.

I love when a play comes together.

Why do Teams WIN? Here are 5 reasons...

[Aubrey Honeycutt @AubreyVoboril]

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but:

You are crushing it. Keep putting effort and love into what makes you happy & allows you to grow.

You may not feel it nor see it now, but you are growing & your future self will thank you.

You. Are. Doing. Great.

❤️

[Coach Christi 👩🏾‍⚕️🥎 @CoachChristiana]

Recruits: some coaches are going to come see you play only to walk away a minute or two later, it’s a reality that isn’t always necessarily bad or good.

Certain people don’t have the patience to watch you prove yourself, others are on a tight schedule, more are simply looking for a specific position to fill.

Keep working, overthink too much and that’s when you start playing the wrong way, the right coaches will come along when you least expect it 👍🏾❤️🥎

So thankful to have had the opportunity to meet Charlie Monfort at the stadium and be led into Coors Field for a Rockies game. Such a great night!

One pitch could be the difference between a strike out and a homerun. Don't let the misses get the best of you the next one just may be THE ONE! @coach_crowell @chris_stelm @coachButler12 @bridgetorchard @frantroyan @PTP_softball @D1Softball
