@UltraRunner26@Dfwmb123 This is the way. Keep your same reps. Elevate your feet or elevate your hands, change the position of your hands (wide vs narrow), go slower and hold it, elbows in and elbows out. Give it time, and keep at it.

@Brady_H Training in "dark mode" is the best for getting back in shape. It almost brings you back in time to timex watches with no GPS, and zero likes.
1 year ago, as I was getting out of bed, I felt a pop in my back and had incredible L leg pain. I extruded a disk at L5/S1. 11.7mm inpinging on my S1 nerve. Left leg was on fire for 3mo.
A neurosurgeon said "I am not going in there. If you stay off it, and rehab, it will heal."
Today I ran 10mi pain free.
