Am wondering why in the first place you would you issue out cards that ain’t yet verified . We have a lot of stuff to handle which requires us to be having IDS. So now that we have them and we can’t use them, what’s the role of them 🤷‍♀️

@NIRA_Ug am so mad at you I went @Airtel_Ug to register a SIM card for my self and I was told that I can’t get one because my ID is new then was given 3 months to mbu for it to be verified in the system, after the 3 months went back still same thing .
