@awkwardgoogle I feel like that doesn't make sense. Support would start after they were released. Money is always good but the family doesn't need the money 10 or 20 years from now when the person gets out of prison. They will have the money figured out by then. They need that money right away.

They need to just have prison labor and then they could pay rent for prison and money to victims for all crimes, not just drunk driving.
