@British_Airways you lost my luggage with about 40 other people’s on Thursday June 25. We were on BA193 from London to Dallas. No one will provide an update on my lost luggage other than it’s located, but no details where or when it should be flown out.

We waited for over 90 minutes at baggage claim in DFW to be told that our luggage never was put on the plane.
