Had a tough District track meet because of weather conditions, but I'm glad to be going to participate in my 3rd Iowa state track meet later this week

Ran 3rd leg of Shuttle Hurdle Relay (1st)
Ran anchor of 4X400 relay (4th)
Threw Discus 93-0

Also a member of the 8th Place State Jazz Team, and received a Division I with "SLIPPERY GENTLEMEN"

Had a great week! Placed in the Iowa jazz Championships, getting 8th in the state. Earned new pr's for 110 hurdles and the 400 low hurdles. Getting 1st as a team at the St. Mary's Co-Ed Invitiational. And got a D1 rating in the sax 5 at the solo/small ensemble competition.
