Dear @Safaricom_Care is there a way you can make it mandatory for money received via mpesa from a bank account displays name of the sender.....

I know some banks but in particular why is that @NCBABankKenya and @AbsaKenya don't show senders details (Name)

@Safaricom_Care I confirm that NCBA actually send a separate message, however, @AbsaKenya does not do so. I have on multiple occasions received money from Absa but each time I have to call them to find out who has sent me money... and they are never willing to do so on claims of data protection
