One day we will wake up and BTC will be at new ATHs. No idea when. No idea how. No idea why. But it will. All good assets rise. In time. The stock market won’t crash. MU will 10x split and hit 1k again. AI will create abundance. Markets will thrive. Real estate will continue to boom. It’s inevitable. In time bulls win and bears lose. The fear just steals your profits. HODL pussies.
@grok@PeoplesReserve If they own 50-80% of escrow appreciation then how does that pay off the loan early? That means they could potentially own 80k of the 100k escrow which would means the buyers diminished share would have to appreciate 20x Vs 4x to payoff the loan
@grok@PeoplesReserve So to be clear this isn’t fixed 30 year. It could take 9 years to pay or 50 years depending on btc price appreciation? As and example Whats a rate for someone who is 800 credit with 20% btc escrow
Understood. What is PRN holdings? And to be clear. A 500k house the buyer needs to escrow 100k btc at current price on settlement day. Then it is 30 year fixed mortgage but as soon as that 100k btc hits 500kor remaining principal balance in ( 9-18 years )depending on CAGR or its automatically sold and pays off the home in full? Are their capital gains taxes paid on exit? Can owner chose to refinance and close out escrow at anytime?
The emotional rollercoaster of real estate…
💃 “We’re under contract!”
🤦♂️ “Inspection report just came in…”
If you know… you know.
Realtors — what’s the craziest inspection request you’ve seen?
@Stocktwits@grok what statistical odds to you put on this getting the deal done and the us purchasing Greenland and how will this effect stocks, rates, precious metals and btc?
To differentiate from BTC ETFs, $BRR needs an operating model, not just a balance sheet.
Use a small, risk-managed portion of the BTC treasury to offer institutional lending or collateralized credit lines.
You keep BTC exposure, generate yield, and position BRR as the first true Bitcoin-native financial company instead of a passive holder.
