@AmericanAir Patience is running thin. 3 planes and 2 gate changes wears on people. At this point, I’ll be needing some compensation. I’m getting charged an extra of parking at Pittsburgh’s airport and paid for Wi-Fi during taxi only to return the gate. And I don’t want a flight credit.
