@connorclementtv@WMTWTV@SusanCollins had an adulterous affair for years before her husband’s first wife died. She ended Roe and has voted 95% with Trump in his second term. Let’s ask Susie about HER adultery.
An old, but apt fable:
A scorpion wants to cross a river but cannot swim, so it asks a frog to carry it across. The frog hesitates, afraid that the scorpion might sting it, but the scorpion promises not to, pointing out that it would drown if it killed the frog in the middle of the river. The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion. Midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog anyway, dooming them both. The dying frog asks the scorpion why it stung despite knowing the consequence, to which the scorpion replies: "I am sorry, but I couldn't help myself. It's my character." @Wikipedia
Hans Zimmer explains why Ennio Morricone's score in Sergio Leone's 'Once Upon a Time in America' (1984) is his favourite movie score:
"'Ennio Morricone's score in 'Once Upon a Time in America' (1984) is at the top of the list because I can’t think of a more beautiful, haunting, soulful, emotional score to listen to."
("Hans Zimmer's 3 Favorite Movies Scores of All-Time", IGN, 2016)
P.S: On this day, 42 years ago, "Once Upon a Time in America" (1984) premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, France.
Reporter: Are you attending your son’s wedding?
Trump: He’d like me to go. I’m going to try. I said, this is not good timing for me. I have a thing called Iran and other things. He’s a person I’ve known for a long time.
@JakeStaFrm@vivalarevolz He's my favorite director and, well, I have to admit I've never even heard of this movie. I guess I've always assumed Dollars was first.
I hosted @cspanwj this morning and had a three-time Donald Trump voter who called in to share this:
"It's hard for me to say this, but I think, if i can open up about it in public that it might help others, I wanted to believe Trump was the real deal for a long time, even though I had doubts because I knew enough about his business history to think otherwise. But now I regret my support for him and I should've known better."
"He's the worst president we've ever had and he's the most corrupt president we've ever had. I know it's hard, it took me a while to be able to say that. Very difficult when you commit yourself to believing in somebody."

JUST IN: A Trump judicial nominee was asked point blank: is Trump eligible to run for a third term?
Their answer: “I would have to review the actual wording…”
Sen. Chris Coons then asked every nominee in the room to confirm the Constitution bars a third term.
Silence.
Every single one of them refused to say it.
Trump is appointing judges who won’t affirm the 22nd Amendment to his face.
Never stop connecting the dots.
If Democrats actually want to fight back after the VRA ruling, they should split DC into 8 wards and admit them as states. +16 Senators to codify voting rights reform into the Constitution. No more half-measures.
