Polymarket/UMA are resolving the Israel x Hezbollah ceasefire market YES — but their own rules say it requires a MUTUAL agreement between Israel AND Hezbollah.

What actually happened:
❌ Hezbollah was excluded from negotiations
❌ They were NOT a signatory
❌ Their rep publicly said they'll watch with "caution" — not agreement
✅ Only Israel + Lebanon (the state) signed

I submitted a UMA dispute ticket with all evidence. Admin closed it calling it "wasting time." Classic oracle capture by big wallets.
