A Fairfax police bond alert said he had over 100 INVOLVEMENTS with the department.

In May 2025, Fairfax County police emailed Descano's office and BEGGED THEM TO KEEP HIM LOCKED UP.

He walked ANWAY.

POLICE WERE LITERALLY WARNING PROSECUTORS THAT THEY BELIEVED THIS MAN WAS GOING TO SERIOUSLY HURT SOMEONE AGAIN.

Just a few months later…

...on February 23, 2026, Stephanie Minter stepped off a bus on Richmond Highway.

Police say Jalloh stepped off that same bus with her.

She was found in the bus shelter with multiple st*b wounds to her upper body.

She passed away right there.

Fairfax County's own POLICE CHIEF, Kevin Davis, says her m*rder was "entirely preventable."

And it wasn't just the county.

ICE says it held Jalloh for 702 days back in 2018… then had to release him after a judge ruled he couldn't be sent back to Sierra Leone.

EVERY LEVEL had a shot at this man.

Now Cheryl Minter, Stephanie's mom, has filed a RECALL PETITION AGAINST THE PROSECUTOR!!!!!

She says she found out AFTER burying her daughter that police had been warning this office about him for months.

Her petition reads: "Thirty times the system had a chance to stop him, and then let him go."

The Somali Government Interferes with U.S. Elections

Somali foreign agents and non-citizens organized, participated in, and directed the activities of Minnesota’s DFL Somali Caucus at DFL headquarters.

In this footage from the 2023 Somali DFL Caucus, registered foreign agent Farhio Khalif (Agent #7314) appears to be officiating the caucus election at DFL headquarters.

Also present: Abdul Dahir Ibrahim, a Somali national ordered removed from the U.S. in 2004 and arrested by ICE in 2025. Ibrahim is a known associate of Tim Walz, Ilhan Omar, and other Minnesota DFL officials.

The footage also shows an unregistered foreign agent for Somalia, Anwar Yare / Mohamed Mohamed Basaso, officiating the caucus election with Khalif.

Khalif and Basaso are part of the same Somali and DFL political network linked to Mahmoud Omar Isse, who is a known al-Shabaab supporter, raising further questions about the individuals connected to the Somali government and Minnesota DFL organizing.

So how did this happen?

Why was a Somali national with a longstanding federal removal order participating in a DFL caucus?

Why was a registered representative of a foreign government involved in Minnesota’s election process?

Who authorized their involvement?

And most importantly:

What did Tim Walz, Ilhan Omar, and DFL leadership know about these relationships—and when did they know it?

Americans deserve the full record.

Would the Save Act even prevent this?

These associations should be investigated, documented, and explained.
