Oh Boo-Hoo, City of Ottawa has over $160K in unpaid parking tickets issued during the rowdy Truckers Protest. You remember - the people that got bouncy castles for the "peoples" kids... it was during what was called a lock-down, a time that the Federal Capital was rather empty.
