For showing that the Jewish community does not hold one view. Showing the diversity of Jewish opinion.

Meanwhile CIJA conflates Jewishness with support for Israel's genocide.

That is fuelling antisemitism.

I had a different experience. I entered the encampment wearing a yarmulke. They asked me no questions about my political beliefs; only that I agree to abide by the community rules, which I had read in advance and are reasonable. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly.

Our experience was similar to the one you & your daughter (@MichelleRMarcus) had, Dr. Marcus.

My 15-year-old daughter & I agreed to the community rules (reasonable), shared in eating food, listened during the teach-in, etc.

The students are very well organized and well supplied. I watched a safety demonstration on how to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations. Very nice afternoon!
