Fuel truck collapsed small bridge on the Little Lehigh Creek in Lehigh County, PA at local Wildlands Conservancy site.‼️

Rescue crews are on site and currently containing fuel from being released upstream of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular stocked fishing destination. 🚒

The Little Lehigh Creek is a medium sized cold water stream with spring fed headwaters.

A popular destination for veteran and amateur fishermen alike, it’s easily accessible to all by the Allentown Parkway.

Local wildlife organization Lil’ Le High Trout Nursery stocks the stretch with a variety of anglers’ favorites to be enjoyed at this easily accessible and well maintained series of parks along the riverside.

Many newcomers are provided their first opportunity to try their luck at trout fishing here.

Others are attracted to the Little Lehigh in the Allentown Parkway for activities like a stroll along the covered bridge tour, biking along the river trail, or perhaps visiting local historical attractions including the Museum of Indian Culture.
