@MBTA Third time in the last four Saturdays that the first 455 going to Wonderland is running late. 5-10 minutes isn't a lot in a vacuum, but people are missing connections because of this one bus's inability to maintain schedule when there is no traffic to be had.
@MBTA The C train leaving Government Center really really couldn't wait for 15 seconds for the passengers on the first Blue Line train of the day to make the transfer?
@MBTA Congress St. has reopened where parking garage was. Is there a reason why buses leaving Haymarket like the 450 are ignoring that and are still making the giant loop to get into the tunnel? It seems like you could shave off a lot of time by just cutting across.
@Biotech_8Inch @seanrcallaghan@Ryan42089090@NateSilver538 Not just one in MA. Since 1991...Weld, Celucci, Romney, and Baker have all been elected as GOP govs in MA. 24 of last 33 years have seen Republican governors. Point being that red governors in a deep blue state are not a rare thing.
@NateSilver538 I feel like Albert Belle is the forgotten 50/50 player. Not with steals, of course... but home runs and doubles...in a strike shortened season! Very impressive.
@MBTA Glad I snapped this before the doors shut. Why are the platforms so high at JFK, Ashmont platform? I just banged my head boarding the train here.
@DeborahRay19901@L08818@RBReich ...workers, , the white collar class as well as the men in overalls; and by living wages I mean more than a bare subsistence level-I mean the wages of decent living." - FDR after signing the minimum wage into law.
@DeborahRay19901@L08818@RBReich "It seems to me to be equally plain that no business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country. By "business" I mean the whole of commerce as well as the whole of industry; by workers I mean all (cont.)
@katsumaaji@MBTA Person fell/jumped on the tracks and is probably dead. A family will be devastated, but please... do go on about your temporary inconvenience.
