@CUAarchives@TomHorsman There’s at least one missing. In the 2001-02 school year there was a contest for a new song. I don’t think it was on this playlist.
@ProenzaColes There is going to be a statue of him unveiled this Memorial Day weekend in Dedham, Massachusetts, where this photo was taken and the family lived. https://t.co/6cGrisrC7R
A breakup of the U.S. is a disaster to be avoided, not least (for the rest of you) in that it would likely lead to an independent New England. My essay via @BostonGlobe’s @GlobeIdeas: https://t.co/2plvxvTvxl
@RGC3 Drive to Hana. Read about a black sand beach. Hike the cliffs to get there, saying hello to the hippies you pass by. Go around the corner and discover, seconds before your parents and sisters, that it is also a nude beach.
@timothypomalley At the 9:00 am mass on Ash Wednesday, a priest at my parish spoke for 17 minutes, when many of us were trying to get to work. On Easter Sunday, when the church was full of people rarely seen, he spoke for 3 min. Even for a Sunday, 17 min is too long.
@caseyofm @Dodgers@OscarDelgadoCA these are the guys I was talking to you about. They were in Oceanside last week. Any chance you can get them two tickets? I’ll pay for them.
@RGC3 A case in my hometown, Baker v Fales, centered around who had the right to choose the minister, church members, who were more conservative, or the Town, which was more theologicaly liberal. It was a big step towards disestablishment in MA. This was 30 years after 1A was adopted.
@canva I want to be able to print and pick up at a local store, but the option on the website seems to be broken. No matter what city I enter, there are no stores available. Can you help, please?
@sarahmccammon There are a couple apps that I download and delete, download and delete, because I think they are a good way to kill five minutes, and then discover (again) my life is worse when I use them.
