There are currently *8* runaway construction barges from the Three Mile Bridge project running loose in Pensacola Bay. One struck the bridge, 5 washed up downtown, 1 grounded itself near the Escambia Bay Bridge, and 1 is stuck under the Garcon Point Bridge. This is a MESS
