@TheKopHQ I think the team you've picked will be pretty much the one Iraola will go with. I'd prefer an extra body in midfield, Gravenberch-MacAllister-Szoboszlai with Barcola-Isak-Munoz up top

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCVine If the answer isn't Stevie G then the answer is wrong

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCVine Totally agree with Neville... Carra does talk some shite at times, Havertz is nothing like a Firmino, nor ever will be.

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCVine @FabrizioRomano It is actually embarrassing this... gaping holes all over the squad yet a fella they were on the cusp of selling is now being considered as a new signing. During the Klopp era we were the envy of all clubs in the transfer market, now we're a laughing stock. No top 5 this season

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@AnfieldEdition None of this makes sense. Gakpo is left sided, can perhaps cover thru the middle too, but we have no depth on the right side of our attack. How can Sarr, Minteh, Estevao and whoever else be considered a Gakpo replacement when they play on opposite flanks... get Hughes out to fuck

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCVine They need 2 full backs, a more defensive minded midfielder and another right sided attacker. Only signing Barcola and Munoz is beyond negligent.

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFC Yip, after watching the game earlier I'm sure everyone wants to watch the lowlights of a squad in terminal decline due to negligence. Embarrassing

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@CahairOKane1 I wholeheartedly agree with you Cahair. He's a professional agitator, offers no worthwhile, coherent views and has made it abundantly clear he's only interested in culture wars... sadly a reflection of modern day unionism.

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@TheFirmBL_ Mane coming home

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@TheFirmBL_ In 2 years we've went from the best run club under Klopp to a complete laughing stock under Hughes.

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@indykaila And we know that at the end of the storm there's a golden sky.... we can but hope

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@TheFirmBL_ But will they be the right sort of additions?... there's quite a few glaring gaps in this squad

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCFansCorner Jones out, Warton in

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@AnfieldEdition Nothing to be excited about with this. He's a nasty piece of work and a person who's values are the very antithesis of what LFC and the city (should) stand for. I personally will not be celebrating this news.

@thomasniblock @BBCSPORTNI @Armagh_GAA @crossrangers Very sad news. The GAA Social Margaret did was such a wonderful listen and gave us people who never knew her a lovely insight into a quite remarkable lady. Thoughts are with Oisin and the wider family circle, may she rest in peace.

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@SHoomwitter Since Edwards came back to the club and brought Hughes with him the strategy has been at best baffling (and that's being kind to them). The playing side is on a very steep downward trajectory at present and there's no sign of that ending. This squad will be nowhere near top 5

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFCVine I'd walk him there myself

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@LFC Lovely tribute to a wonderful player and even better human being. You'll be sadly missed. RIP Kev, YNWA

[Brian Pinkerton @BrianPinks78]

@BrentfordFC 👏👏 Fantastic from Brentford FC. The rest of the PL clubs would do well to follow suit... but then again that would mean them doing something that doesn't include fleecing fans, or as they see them, customers.
