@AvantiWestCoast Usual chaos boarding the train at Euston, the delayed 11.30 to Glasgow. Our seats double booked, but we were there first 😑. Nowhere near enough luggage space as always-some squeezing cases on seats etc. Always been the biggest issue. Plenty of seats now moving

@CharlieRWalker @ScotRail Thanks for your thoughts ! Pax numbers are less at thorntonhall, but may increase if there was a full service. The trains are a mix of 2,4 and 6 carraiges but Thorntonhall is the only station on the line that gets a half service so no mix of express trains. Could be the slots..

@ScotCitylink Arrived at 20.17 - surely you can run a real time tracker for your services, where if they are delayed your customers can see when it's coming ?

@ScotCitylink No bus arrived at 19.55. There for the 19.25 - no staff, no signage. Live online tracker for 19.55 says 'scheduled' then after it doesn't arrive there is no live update other than the next 'scheduled' bus. Hopeless.
