Going though an anxiety stressful morning feeling that I missed my chance to join the industry early on and that nobody wants to hire a 31 yr old.
But then I remember that a lot of people are feeling this way also and that industry is in a ruff patch and TAG fighting to fix it.
@LinoD I guess it depends on the experience of everyone involved. I’ve noticed that experienced directors will trust in their team. Experienced supes will believe in their artists. Experienced artists will own their choices.
Sorry to act entitled over a non-serious issue, but it has to be said: being made to wait 2-3 years between seasons of television that are 8-10 episodes long is inexcusable and unsustainable. Just total corporate dissonance with regard to what people like about watching TV shows.

I watched #wish again with my family. Really have to hand it to the entire animation team. What an appealing movie with so much love and nuance in every frame.
