My name is Brian Stine. I'm Catholic, pro-life, and pro-Ukraine. There are other things worth mentioning as well, but this is Twitter, and I only got so many wo
@RetroCoast@RepLuna It's the American Coalition for Ukraine. They have delegation teams who meet with their representatives. All of them are either legal US residents or US citizens.
@EthanLevins2 We need to pressure Putin so he HAS to negotiate. He has already violated too many diplomatic paper agreements(Belovizhzha, Budapest, Kharkiv, Minsk I & II, Paris Peace Talks 19)., This is why the Lindsey Graham sanctions act in the US is important and must pass.
@RepLuna@jaredkushner@SteveWitkoff Belovizhzha90, Budapest Mem94, Kharkiv10 all promised Ukraine's sovereignty & Russia violated these in 2014.Then there was Minsk I, II, and the Paris Peace Talks19. Russia violated these in 2022. I'm all for negotiations, but we need congress to pass the Graham sanctions bill.
So I spend a great deal of time talking about Ukraine on here, but perhaps the most important thing I could ever tell you is to contact your elected officials and let them know you stand with Ukraine. https://t.co/3KwlTUvw9n
There is some very important legislation coming up.
@RpsAgainstTrump Its amazing. There is not a single Catholic church left in the occupied regions of Ukraine. The Orthodox[OCU-(EP)] is forbidden. The local Protestants have essentially all been banned and replaced by either Moscow based Protestants or the ROC.& yet, Russia is allegedly "Christian?"
@usurpthachef I'm not a fan, but supporting Ukraine is something Ms. Kasparian and myself should be agreeing on. If it's really just about gas prices, you know ending a war can help prices in the long run.
This was a bit late, but it is precisely the kind of action that is needed. I don't like Elon Musk's previous comments on Zelensky, but credit is due, nonetheless.
Candace Owens is in Russia talking about how great Russia is. She previously said America shouldn't support Ukraine because it's not in our interest, but it's little ironic that people who suggest America should only focus on US priorities are involving themselves in Russian PR.
@ReiS_TuRCo@elonmusk Before accusing others of hypocrisy, without Google-ing, asking a friend, or looking it up, name one of the deceased victims from a school shooting. Now to be clear, their lives are equal in dignity to Kirk's, but there's a reason there's a discussion forming around Charlie.
@AnaKasparian JK is getting canned over his statements causing advertisers to drop his show and his absurdly low viewer count(sub200k in the 18-49 bracket).Disney hasnt claimed the FCC was the reason for the cancellation.Nor do we know if the FCC could actually cancel Jimmy. This is an excuse
@RealJakeBroe@Disney Kimmel is more free to speak his mind than anyone reading this. I dont think what he said was really all that bad, but after the firing of G. Carano and numerous others, I genuinely couldnt care less about Kimmel. He was fired, not arrested. No rights violated. None major anyway.
@AdamLaGreca@frontlinekit Noam Chomsky is interesting. Like Jeffrey Sachz and Oliver Stone, he's left over from an era when it was normal for the Left to question the Cold War and sometimes try to project the USSR's interests.
@frontlinekit Kirk was wrong about Ukraine. His argument was an argument for capitulation and it would have been a disaster had Ukrainians followed his "advice," but I don't think this is the reason he was killed. Nor did I hear anything in his views that celebrated the death of Ukrainians.
