@PatriciaHeaton@MarkDavis Violence is wrong against the right or left. Let’s say that. Not that one side caused it. Both sides are guilty. Many, including the President, called all three people similar names. It’s bad when anyone does it. As a society, we should universally reject it.
@MarkDavis@mehdirhasan All life is sacred. To say otherwise is not a Christian viewpoint. There is a difference between punishment and taking a life in the absence of self defense
@MarkDavis Yes, but he also said looking at a woman with lust was adultery, turn the other cheek, new teachings on anger. To say that there was no refinement of the OT is to ignore Jesus’ message. This is a weak argument. The overwhelming context of the NT is contrary to capital punishment.
@CGasparino@MarkDavis@realDonaldTrump This factually inaccurate. Large percentages of Catholics are on the left and right. Stop making this a political issue. It’s whether the president should be respectful in communications about a religious leader and the use of religious rhetoric to support a political position.
@KristanHawkins@MarkDavis This is ill informed. Biden’s own bishop questioned whether he should be excommunicated. Acting like there were no negative Catholic voices against Biden is just not true. If the GOP wants to give away the rust belt and gains with Latino voters, keep it up.
@MarkDavis Respectfully, you are not Catholic and are talking outside your lane. If the GOP loses 25% of the Catholic vote, it will not win national elections.
@LewisHowes No, and I wish the self-help space would stop selling this concept as science. On the other hand, there is science behind focused thought and taking action on said focused thought. That’s not manifesting, it is purposeful action. Less woo woo; more doing.
@danorlovsky7 Only wrong was Stroud. I hate to say it. I want him to succeed, but Houston could have won or been fully in the game with only mediocre QB play.
@AlexHormozi I think you’re a business genius and wish you much continued success. From the outside, I do think there is a devaluing of non-transactional relationships that make life, life rather than purely about utility. I hope I’m wrong and way off. Food for thought.
@clarencehilljr He’s played objectively very poorly the last two playoff games and average the last two seasons. It’s time for a serious conversation regarding whether year one was the outlier
