One of just two players in Pac-12 women’s basketball history to win both Conference Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year multiple times. One of only five Stanford players to average a double-double in a season. Second all-time in Pac-12 history in blocks and ninth in rebounds. At this point, there’s no question Cameron Brink has earned her place in the all-time great conversation in Pac-12 women’s basketball. As a freshman, the Beaverton native averaged (9.9) points, (6.6) rebounds, and (2.8) blocks in just 18 minutes per game, playing a key role in helping Stanford win its first national championship since 1992. Over the next three seasons, Brink stepped into a full-time starting role and produced (15.3) points, (9.8) rebounds, and (3.3) blocks per game. Those numbers carry even more weight when you factor in that she averaged only 24 minutes a night. As a senior, she and teammate Kiki Iriafen both averaged a double-double, joining Nicole Powell, Chiney Ogwumike, and Nneka Ogwumike as the only players in Stanford history to do so in a season. One of the best defensive forces the league has known, Brink also became just the second player in Pac-12 women’s basketball history to record a triple-double that included blocks, and her 68 career blocks in the NCAA Tournament passed Breanna Stewart for second all-time, trailing only Brittney Griner. A two-time conference champion. A two-time Pac-12 Player of the Year. A three-time Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year. A national champion. When you line it all up, Cameron Brink’s résumé and impact make it clear that her name belongs among the best the Pac-12 has ever seen. ✨
